Supplier visibility was incredibly important during the COVID-19 supply chain disruption, specifically around the epicenter: Hubei. In late December 2019 Resilinc’s EventWatch picked up local reports of a pneumonia-like illness, and on January 4 sent a first alert to customers and put together a Pandemic Readiness Assessment for 1200 suppliers across the province to gauge impact.
