Resilinc has unveiled its Agentic AI platform, integrating Microsoft Azure cloud and AI capabilities—specifically Azure AI Foundry—to usher in enterprise-grade, autonomous supply chain orchestration. The platform empowers intelligent AI agents to proactively detect disruptions, initiate response workflows, and resolve compliance risks in real time. These agents continuously scan millions of public and private data sources—including geopolitical, regulatory, cyber, and environmental feeds—to offer timely, automated mitigation across supply chain networks.
The initial rollout includes AI agents dedicated to real-time disruption monitoring, forced labor compliance, and tariff screening, with additional modules planned throughout 2025. These agents not only flag emerging risks but also quantify their operational and financial impacts, recommend mitigation steps, and trigger workflows such as supplier outreach or compliance validation—all supported by the security, scalability, and integration of Azure’s infrastructure. As Resilinc CEO Kamal Ahluwalia explains, the goal is to shift from reactive alerts to an “always-on, self‑healing system” that enables companies to act before disruptions hit.
