RESILINC MIGRATION TO MICROSOFT AZURE

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide our customers with innovative, high-quality, and high-performing products and features, Resilinc is pleased to be migrating to the Microsoft Azure platform for commercial hosting and data storage.

MS Azure has been Resilinc’s data hosting provider for our federal and government customers, and we look forward to providing our commercial customers with the same technology, compliance, and security standards.

The migration to MS Azure, from our current cloud provider IBM Cloud, will take place on Saturday, May 4.

Maintenance Window: Resilinc applications will not be available starting midnight PST on May 4; here is the breakdown across key time zones:

  • 12:00AM PST on Saturday, May 4 to 12:00AM PST on Sunday, May 5
  • 8:00AM CET Saturday May 4 to 8:00AM CET on Sunday, May 5
  • 12:30PM IST Saturday, May 4 to 12:30PM IST on Sunday, May 5

Data Loading Suspension: The Portal and Supplier sites will be unavailable for data loading and survey submissions beginning 12 hours prior to the maintenance window; specifically:

  • 12:00PM PST on Friday, May 3
  • 8:00PM CET on Friday, May 3
  • 12:30AM IST on Saturday, May 4

EventWatchAI Notifications: During the maintenance period, we will issue major disruption notifications via email. However, access to WarRooms will be temporarily paused until the migration is complete.

Customer Support: The migration will not affect customer support services; we will remain available to assist you as usual.
