Instead of relying on rigid templates or manual uploads, DFI allows companies to drop their native SCRM files directly into a dedicated, auto-provisioned SFTP server, where Resilinc’s AI automatically maps and aligns the fields to Resilinc’s schema. This eliminates tedious formatting work and accelerates time to value, enabling customers to “provide us with anything and everything” and have it ingested seamlessly.
The DFI portal provides full visibility into data import history, statuses, and downloadable error logs, with automated notifications and a built-in “Import Now” feature for on-demand processing. Error and warning logs are generated in the customer’s original file format, making it simple to identify issues at the source and correct them before re-upload.
